Patsy Wiggins Singer passed away quietly at her home in Glen Rose, Texas on November 1, 2018. She was born on January 27, 1933 in Comanche County, Texas.
She was preceded in death by husband Philip Singer; parents Liston and Irene Wiggins; brother Don Wiggins.
She is survived by sister Martha Nelson; sister-in-law Sue Wiggins; brother-in-law Bernie Singer; and many nieces and nephews.
She was loved by everyone for her positive, upbeat spirit and generous heart.
Her cremains will be interred in Erath Garden of Memories at a later date.
