Tamara Youngblood

Her birthday was March 9th 1965 in Dallas Texas With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tamara Culpepper Youngblood, a beloved mother, cherished grandmother, devoted Christian, and faithful friend to so many. She entered into the presence of her Lord on May 1st 2026 in Waxahachie, Texas leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering faith. Tamara was a woman who loved God with all her heart. Her faith guided the way she lived, the way she treated others, and the way she cared for her family. She found joy in serving others, sharing encouragement, and living as an example of Christ’s love. She was a wonderful mother whose love knew no bounds and a proud grandmother who treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren. Her family was her greatest blessing, and she devoted her life to supporting, encouraging, and loving them unconditionally. For more than ten years, Tamara, worked at Texas State Technical College (TSTC) in Red Oak. She had the unique privilege of watching the campus grow from the ground up and took great pride in being part of its development and success. Through her work, she built lasting friendships and touched countless lives. To know Tamara was to know kindness. She never met a stranger and had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her warm smile, friendly spirit, and genuine care for others made her a friend to everyone she met. Whether offering a listening ear, a word of encouragement, or simply sharing a conversation, she left a lasting impression on those around her. Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace with her Savior. Her legacy of faith, love, compassion, and friendship will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She is survived by Son Brandon Youngblood (Kristen Youngblood), Daughter Heather Brosette (Shawn Brosette) and grandchildren Nicole Brosette and Blake Brosette and sister in law Mary Culpepper and was preceded in death by father Gilbert Culpepper, mother Jerrie Culpepper, and brother Timothy Culpepper. “Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23 The family asks that those who knew and loved Tamara remember her by showing kindness to others, just as she did every day of her life.
