Billy is survived by wife Tahle Loggins Bugg; sons Billy Ray Bugg, Jr. & wife Iris, Kenneth Dale Bugg, Daniel Scott Bugg & wife Sreytouch; sister Barbara Daffron; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
