    Kenneth Edward "Eddie" Leake

    March 29, 1950 - September 24, 2020

    Kenneth Edward “Eddie” Leake, Jr. was born March 29, 1950 in Charleston, WV to Kenneth Edward Leake, Sr. and Emily Hall Leake, and he passed from this life on September 24, 2020 in Red Oak, TX. Eddie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He loved his kids and grandkids more than anything. He did anything and everything for them. Eddie loved not only his kids but all kids. He played Santa Claus every year in Wilmer as well as driving the Easter Bunny around during Easter. He loved making kids happy. Eddie is survived by his beloved wife, Tiny Lange Leake; his children, Kitty Minor, Tracy Lange and wife Anita, Paul Leake, Phillip David Leake, Melissa Leake and husband Michael, and Kenneth Thomas Leake; his 14 grandchildren; his 18 great-grandchildren; his brother, Gary Leake and wife Cynthia; and his nephew, Kenneth Wesley Leake. Family will receive friends from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel in Lancaster, TX. Graveside service will be at 1:00pm, Monday, September 28, 2020 in North Jericho Cemetery in Center, TX.
