She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leroy; her second husband, Charles Whaley; her sons, Leroy McClary and Cary McClary; her sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Charles Leeper; and her brother, Jimmy Echols. Sandy is survived by her sons, Dewey McClary and Jeff McClary; her step-daughter, Debi Parker; her grandchildren, Jennifer McDonald, Shane Kirkpatrick, July McClary, Crystal Fisher, Jordan McClary, Jillian McClary, and Zachery McClary; her 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends. Services are private for family only.
