Anna Lee "Granny" Zurman was born January 7, 1924 in Dallas, TX to John Marshall and Letha Bell (Scaggs) Cumming and passed from this life on October 25, 2019 in Lavon, TX.

Anna had many loves. She loved to watch football with Mike as well as enjoy her morning coffee and newspaper with him. Anna never met a stranger. She called everyone "darling" and loved to make them laugh with her stories and tricks. More than anything, though, Anna loved Saturday's with her beloved June. Every Saturday began with a trip to the beauty shop and ended with playing with her sweet great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Andrew Zurman; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Anna is survived by her daughter, June Parker Dyess and husband Mike; her granddaughter, Misty Parker; her grandson, Richard Parker and wife Amanda; her great-grandsons, Colby and Dylan Parker; her step-grandchildren, David Dyess and wife Gina, Dayden Melonie Dyess; several nieces and nephews along with precious family and life long friends.

Family will receive friends from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Byrum Funeral Home. Celebration of life will be at 1:00pm, Monday, October 28, 2019 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel.
