Billie J. "Bill" Simmons of Waxahachie, Texas was born June 24, 1932 in Kankakee, Illinois to William Alonzo and Sarah Elizabeth (Cox) Simmons.
He was preceded in death by parents and wife Georgia Ann (Braddy) Simmons who passed away on February 26, 2018.
Bill is survived by sons Julius L. Simmons & wife Sue, Brad Lee Simmons & wife Sophie; grandchildren Misty Simmons & Brenda, John Simmons & wife Stephanie, Sasha Simmons, Alex Simmons; great grandchildren Lane, Luke, Madison, McKenna; sister-in-law Pat Braddy-Hendley.

There will not be a funeral procession to Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Please assemble in Lane "3" at 2:15 PM Monday for entrance into cemetery at 2:30 PM for Military Honors.
