Billie was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Arvil Diffee and son Teddy Edward Diffee; brother James "Creek" Ellis; brother-in-law Max Stennett.
She is survived by husband James A. Spires; children Gary Wayne Diffee and wife Kathy, Gordon Keith Diffee and wife Laura, Lisa Ann Wood and husband Michael; Freddie Spires, James Spires II and wife Lisa, Nathan Spires, Reba Borth; brother Robert Ellis and wife Saundra; sister Betty Stennett; sister-in-law Delores Ellis; grandchildren Brandy Freiley and husband Landy, Katrina Cummins, Marcus Diffee and wife Bekah, Ethan Wood, Brittany Wood and wife Maddy, Rachel Borth, Tara Borth, James Spires III, Dustin Spires, Brandon Spires and Jamie Spires; 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
