Carrol E. Young of Gun Barrel City, Texas was born April 4, 1930 in Dialville, Texas to Hugh and Minnie (Tyo) Young. He passed from this life on February 10, 2019.
Carrol served as City Superintendent for Lancaster for many years.
Carrol was preceded in death by wife Billie Young.
