Charles Ray Stinson was born August 14, 1948 in Waxahachie, Texas. He grew up in Lancaster.
Charles joined the army and served his country honorably in Korea. He was a plumber by trade and retired from Dallas County as Construction Supervisor.
After he retired he moved to Richland Chambers Lake to build a dream home for himself and his wife Connie where he could enjoy his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Connie, son Michael and his wife Tiffany, his daughter Christy Robbins and her husband Kenny, grandchildren Trevor and Riley Robbins, Tristan and CharlieAnne Stinson, Dustin and Austin Engle, and Bridger and Alyssa Humphreys, three sisters, Jean Crawford and her husband Roy, Vickie Blaylock, and Patsy Denison and her husband Marshall, cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many friends. He was preceded in death by his father James Whit Stinson, mother Corene and brother James Floyd.
