Dorothy Alice "Donna" Vaughan was born March 4, 1926 in Houston, TX to Henry Donis and Alice (Grimes) Powell and passed from this life on June 15, 2021 in Waxahachie, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Donna is survived by her son, Dennis Vaughan and wife Lois; grandchildren, Jason Vaughan, Jeff Vaughan and wife Gretchen; great-grandchildren, Zoe Vaughan and Garrett Vaughan; nieces, Debbie Vaughan, Cullene Hobbs and husband Larry; and nephew, Gavin Vaughan II and wife Shelby.
The family is requesting NO flowers be sent. Memorials in Donna's name may instead be sent to Senior Serenaders, First Baptist Church of Lancaster, 305 E. 3rd Street, Lancaster, TX 75146.
A celebration of life will be at 2:00pm, Saturday, July 17, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Lancaster.
