Doug is survived by wife Millie Sue (Gallagher) England; son Dwayne England & wife Kristi; daughter Waynetta "Sissy" Keeling & husband Wayde; grandchildren Natalie England, Lindsey Jones & husband Travis, Jake Keeling, Kyle Keeling & wife Ann; great grandchildren Tristan Jones, Peyton Keeling; sisters Claudia Norris, Donna Slocum & husband Bob, Brenda Cornelisse.
