Elaine Perkins was born October 26, 1928 in Durham County, England to Norman and Frances Elaine (Pearson) Dobing and passed away April 18, 2020 in Lancaster, TX.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Edward Perkins and her son, Roy Anthony Perkins.
Elaine is survived by her daughter, Kathy Rymer and husband Nick; her sons, Earl R. Estey, David K. Perkins and wife Lori; 8 grandchildren, James Gowin, Heather Miller, Nicole Miller, Cheryl Beard, Beth Hardwick, Samantha Estey, James Perkins, and Charles Perkins; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
