Eugene Lowe was born in Red Oak, Texas to Elsie Richard (Brewer) and James Alton (Jim) Lowe on February 14, 1934. He went to school in Red Oak, Texas, graduated 1953 Waxahachie High School, Waxahachie, Texas, Jacksonville Baptist College Bible/Theology · Jacksonville, Texas. Eugene married the love of his life, Jeannette Ann Childress on November 1, 1953. He served as an ordained pastor in Spanish missions. He was Former Mayor, City Councilman, Police Chaplin, Fire Chief, and Paramedic with the city of Wilmer, Texas. He also served as a Certified Court Interpreter with the State of Texas.

Eugene is preceded in death by wife Jeannette, parents Elsie and James Alton Lowe, his brothers: William (Buck) Lowe, Charlie (Chock) Lowe, J.L. (Zeke) Lowe, James Alton (Toot) Lowe, Jr, Raymond Lowe and sisters: Lila Mae Lowe, Lena Lee Stanton, Ina Marie (Sis) Stanton, Odessa Lowe and granddaughter Tina Longoria.

Eugene Lowe is survived by children: Ronald Lowe, Cynthia Jones, Les and Amy (wife) Lowe, grandchildren: Ronald Lowe Jr, Sheila Moran, Michael Lowe, Leslie Lowe, Valerie Rios, Mathew Lowe, Liza Waits, Enis Longoria, Rudy Longoria, Macon Johns, Johnathan Johns, Lilly Langley, Chris Lowe, Anna Teague, Josh Lowe.
