Frank Blair Lloyd, age 68, passed away November 2, 2019. A proud father and loving husband, who went by Blair to family and friends. He loved horse racing, playing golf and following his favorite sports teams.
Frank was preceded in death by his mother Mary Patricia Lemons. He is survived by his wife Ruth Lloyd; son Jeffrey Lloyd; brother Robert Lloyd; and sister Julia Loughlin.
The family will celebrate Blair's life at 11:00am, Saturday, November 16, 2019 at a graveside service in Edgewood Cemetery in Lancaster.
