Frankie "Lynn" McDonell was born March 11, 1955 in Sweetwater, TX to Frankie William and Doris Lafern McDonell and passed from this life on May 20, 2020 in Dallas, TX.

Lynn loved to build things or fix up and improve things he already had. He enjoyed going fishing and going to the casinos to relax and have a little fun. He always managed to work and take care of his family no matter how bad things did or didn't get.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frankie and Lafern McDonell.

Lynn is survived by his wife, Sandy McDonell; his son, James "Bubba" McDonell and wife Amanda; his grandchildren, Dakota, Destiny, and Brett; his brother, Terry McDonell and wife Rene; and his siter, Patricia Tiane McDonell.

Memorial service will be at 12:00pm, Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel.
