He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Christa Rothbart Boetsch; his parents, Sofie and Josef Boetsch.
Franz is survived by his sister, Resy Jumper; his daughter, Heidi Boetsch-Loewinsohn; his son, Ralf Boetsch and wife Tammy; his daughter, Barbara Pascual; his daughter, Karen Kohlberg; his grandchildren, Brigitte Hill, Brittany Boetsch, Brielle Pollak, Michael Loewinsohn, Justin Kohlberg, Michael Kohlberg, and Lisa Pascual-Britton; his great-grandchildren, Harper Hill, Nick Hill, and Everett Pollak; his niece, Rosewitta Blake; and his nephew, Larkin Jumper.
A Celebration of Franz's Life will be on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at Kuby's Sausage House, 6601 Snider Plaza, Dallas, TX 75205.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Texas Food Bank https://ntfb.org/
