George William Enyart was born December 24, 1953, in Postville, IA to Esther Naomi (Huffey) Enyart and William Wright Enyart and passed away in Newport, RI on January 29, 2023.
George was an avid bicyclist in his younger years -- crossing the state of IA at least three times. He also enjoyed fishing and traveling. He lived outside of Lancaster, TX for many years helping care for his parents in their latter years.
George was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his seven siblings: Cheryl Sue Valtelhas, Julie Ann Wagner, April Kay Eubank, Mary Esther Corbin, Jeffrey Jay Enyart, John Walter Enyart and Joni Marie Hancock and their spouses as well as 22 nephews and nieces and many cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at graveside at 2:00pm on Friday, February 10, 2023, in Red Oak Cemetery, Red Oak, TX.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite health-related charity or foundation.
