Hazel Evangaline Fields of Lancaster, Texas was born August 22, 1943 in Dallas, Texas to William David and Hazel Roberta (Stanley) Collard. She passed away peacefully from this life on June 9, 2017.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents; and husband Willis Virgil Fields, Sr.
She is survived by sons Willis Fields Jr and wife Vicki, Tim Fields and wife Billie; daughters Jodie Clymer and husband C.E., Toni Fitzgerald and husband Mike, Tammy Lewis and husband Rocky, Teri Stewart and husband Reggie; brothers Billy Collard and wife Sherry, Jacky Collard and wife Kathy; 26 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and lots of family and friends.
One word will describe our mom/nannie, "LOVE". She knew how to "LOVE" unconditional. She was a wonderful mom and a wonderful nannie. She lived her life for her family, all her kids, grandkids and great grandkids.
She gave to others before herself her whole life, starting at a young age of 13 years old, when she married the "LOVE" of her life, our dad. Our mom "LOVED" and served our dad, and was a devoted wife of 50+ years. She became a mom at an early age of 14 years old and followed up with 5 more kids to "LOVE". Our mom knew how to "LOVE".
