Jewel Jeanette Anderson of Lancaster, Texas was born May 9, 1924 in Lancaster to Eather and Mattie Lee (Newman) Gleason. She passed from this life on February 17, 2018.
Jeanette was preceded in death by parents; husband James Franklin Anderson.
She is survived by sons Gary Anderson, Ronnie Anderson & wife Kathy, Kevin Anderson; grandchildren Jason Anderson, Amy Anderson.
Jeanette was a member of First Baptist Church of Lancaster for many years. She was a member of the Southwest Women's Club; an avid bridge player and belonged to several clubs in the area.
She worked for T&P Railway as a comp operator. She owned and managed Jewel Builders and built custom homes in the far north Dallas area. She retained and managed the Gleason Farm that was over 100 years old.
