Kay was preceded in death by his wife Anita Louise Lewis; parents; grandson Konnor Ferguson; 9 brothers; 1 sister.
He is survived by son David Lewis & wife Cindy; daughter Regina Kay Pecina & husband Johnny; sister Pauline Caldwell; grandchildren Jeni Oglesby & husband Blake, Jamie Wells & husband Bryce, Korbin Ferguson; great grandchildren Ella Oglesby, Nathan Wells, Abbie Wells, and Liam Oglesby.
