Kimberly Dawn Suggs was born February 11, 1970 in Dallas, TX to William Mathews and Judy Johnson. She passed from this life on May 30, 2026 in Dallas, TX.

Kim leaves behind a great legacy of love filled with music and family devotion that will continue to echo in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Joy Mathews; her grandparents, Herman and Virginia Littlejohn; and her aunt, Ginger Billings.

Kim is survived by her son, Tyler Suggs; her daughter, April Cannon; her mother, Judy Littlejohn Johnson; her father, William Mathews and wife, Vivian; her sisters, Krystal Griffin and Cathy Robinson; her brother, Mark Mathews; and a host of nieces & nephews and great-nieces & great-nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of Kimberly's life will be immediately following at 11:00am also in Byrum's Chapel. Graveside will follow at Palmer Cemetery.
