Obituary

Latisha Ann Lowe was a Christian daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and a teacher and lover of children everywhere. She will be greatly missed, but we rejoice that her earthly sojourn and struggle has ended.

She was born October 4, 1954 in Cleburne, TX to James and Nadine (Lowery) Roden. She spent her childhood in Grandview, TX on Roden Hill playing on the farm and helping her mother around the house.

Her life's calling was serving children. For years, Latisha taught children's Bible classes and taught in Mother's Day Out programs. For over 20 years, she operated a pre-school out of her home and taught daily Bible lessons as well as important life lessons. She loved the kids she taught and followed their life accomplishments until her death.

For 51 years, Latisha was the perfect helpmate for Ronnie and the ideal wife and mother. Being a preacher's wife is not always easy, but she was always up to the challenge.

She was preceded in death by her father, James; her mother, Nadine; and her grandparents.

Latisha is survived by her husband, Ronnie; their three children, Natalie Mangham and husband Jason, Nathan Lowe and wife Amy, Neena Williams and husband Joel; her three amazing granddaughters who were the apple of her eye, Analynn Mangham, Ella Mangham, and Whitney Lowe. She is also survived by three brothers, Randy and wife Jaime, Dennis, and Lee and wife Kathy and a host of many other relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank everyone associated with Bristol Pathways Hospice for their loving care the past two plus years. We especially thank Tania, Rachel, Sylvia, Quanshawn, Shawna and Keke for your loving service to Latisha and our entire family.

Thank you, Sandra, Dee, Tracie, Mary, Jerri, and Marsha, for always putting service above self.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:30am on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Brown Street Church of Christ in Waxahachie, TX. A celebration of Latisha's life will begin at 11:30 at Brown Street immediately following visitation.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite children's charity.
