Marcus Malvin Allen was born September 15, 1934 in Dallas, TX to Malvin Howard and Mary Lee (Davis) Allen and passed from this life on August 25, 2021 in Ft. Worth, TX.

The most important thing in Marcus' life was family. He was a God-fearing man who was brought to the Lord by his precious wife, Joan. Joan was his world. He lived for her. When Joan passed, the only thing on his mind was simply waiting to get to see her again. What a reunion that must have been!

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan; his sister, Barbara Biggs; his brother, Paul Allen; and his parents.

Marcus is survived by his daughter, Valerie Lamb; his daughter, Mandy Allen; his son, Kevin Allen and wife Mary; his son-in-law, Stan Lamb; his grandchildren, Matthew, Steven, Scott, Adam, and Michelle; and his great-grandchildren, Evie and Weston.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel in Lancaster with graveside services at 12:00pm in Edgewood Cemetery also in Lancaster.
