Mary was preceded in death by parents; husband C. D. "Doc" Horn, Sr; son Clyde Demond Horn, Jr; daughter Denise Alfred.
She is survived by son David Horn; daughters Diana Horn, Debra Holmes, Dena Horn; sisters Jo Beverley, Adell Edwards; 14 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
