Mary Jo Rodriquez was born on March 6, 1947 in Dallas, Texas and passed away October 4, 2023 in Waxahachie, TX.

Mary Jo was very active in the catholic church throughout her whole life. She enjoyed her move to the country where she spent her time working in the yard. Whether she was riding the mower, moving plants around for at least the umpteenth time, or having the grandkids down to help rearrange rocks. One of her fondest memories was watching Barry (son in law) being drug across her back yard by a loose donkey.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charlie and Rosile Digiglio; her father, Walter Lee Joe Files; her mother, Mary Catherine Files; and her husband, Felix Rodriquez, Jr.

Mary Jo is survived by her son, Gary Rodriquez & wife Laura and their children, Taylor and Samy; her son, Mark Rodriquez & wife Denise and their children, Miranda and Kaylee; her son, Eric Rodriquez & wife Jennifer and their daughter, Ashley and her daughter, Logan; her daughter, Kristy Pickard & husband Barry and their kids, Brett, Connor & Daniel; her sisters, Rosie Loyd, Margaret Monk and husband Don; her nephews and nieces, Ronnie & Randy and their family, Cheree and family, & Tammy and family.

A celebration of Mary Jo's life will be on 14th day of October 2023 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
at Maypearl Methodist Church, 301 W 3rd Street, Maypearl, TX with lunch to follow.
