Phean was preceded in death by wife Yan Pho; daughter Yary Phean. He is survived by sons Lay Phean & Malyda Kim Phean, Lon Phean, Ly Phean & Khesar, Loeuth Phean, Sophearrith Phean, Sony Phean, Richard Phean; daughters Mom Thlang & Theavy, Sophornnery Phean; brother Hap Lach; 11 grandchildren.
