Patricia Gail “Pat” Gainey was born March 18, 1960 in Red Oak, TX and passed from this life on October 18, 2026 in Longview, TX.

Pat, Patty, Patty-Pat lived a colorful life and enjoyed her days on the motorcycle living her dream before returning to her family to settle in Texas. She faced many challenges in her later years but fought hard to live the best life she could. She enjoyed gaming with her family and her nursing home family at Avir at Bradburn playing slap jack, gin rummy, chicken feet, and Farkle. She was an avid Rock n Roll music fan and loved listening to her music. She will be missed!

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandy Fielder; her step-father who raised her, Don Fielder; her biological father, James Gainey; her grandfather, John W. Murray; her grandmother, Juanita Murray; and her uncle, Virgil Murray.

Pat is survived by her sister, Julie Mills and husband Randy; her nephew, Cody Mills; her great-nephew, Alex Mills; her daughter, Janice Fuentes Gainey; her grandson, Rueben Jeremiah Fuentes; her granddaughter, Mary-Jane Elizabeth Gainey; and her close family friends, Chris Stone, Ruby Stone, Nona Hicks, and many others.

No services are scheduled at this time, but memorials in Pat’s name can be made to the American Motorcycle Association.
