Peggy Turner was born July 7, 1930 in McKinney, TX to Roy G. and Rvilla (Noles) Douglas and passed from this life on October 1, 2019 in Garland, TX.

Peggy had many loves. She loved to work in her flower bed. She loved Dallas Christian Charger Football. Even if she couldn't be at the games, she kept up with the scores. More important that all of that, she loved her granddaughters. It didn't matter what the event was. If the girls were doing it, she was in!

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Glydwell Turner; her parents; her brother; and her sister.

She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Wheeler and husband Mike; her granddaughter, Sarah Wheeler; her granddaughter, Merideth Delozier and husband Bryce; her brother-in-law, James Turner of Blueridge, TX; and her great-granddog, Milton.

Family will receive friends 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Byrum Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 11:00am, Friday, October 4, 2019 at Pecan Grove Cemetery in McKinney, TX.
