Ricardo Padilla Ruiz was born June 16, 1961 in Floresville, TX to Alfredo and Andrea Ruiz and passed from this life on November 7, 2020 in DeSoto, TX.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Alfredo Ruiz, Jr. and Gilbert P. Ruiz.

Ricard is survived by his sons, Ricky Ruiz, Jr., Nicholas Ruiz, and Brad Lee Ruiz; his grandchildren, Madison Ruiz, Mason Ruiz and Madelyn Ruiz; his parents; his sister, Gloria R. Carrillo; and his brother, Andrew Ruiz.

Family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel with rosary beginning at 6:00pm.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am, Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Lancaster with interment following in Red Oak Cemetery, Red Oak, TX.
