Robert E. Ray of Ennis, Texas was born May 24, 1928 in Vernon, Texas to Willie Egbert and Lillie (Jester) Ray. He passed from this life on July 5, 2019.
Robert was preceded in death by daughter Sherry Ruth Sanders; parents; sisters Lucille Taylor and Louise Young; brother James Ray.
He is survived by son Robert Ray, Jr.; daughter Joyce McAdams; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Tuesday at Byrum Funeral Home with graveside service immediately following at Edgewood Cemetery.
