Sandra Lynn Swanner was born July 18, 1946 in Antioch, CA and graduated to Heaven January 5, 2023 in Celina, TX.

Sandra was fierce about her desire to have a close family, ensuring that her children grew up with close family bonds. She modeled self-sacrifice to keep family united during the formative years all while instilling strong family values. Her courage to walk through tough situations was always inspiring. She enjoyed country music, dancing, a nice glass of wine and had an impeccable sense of class and style.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Ray Swanner; her sister, Sue McCamey; and her parents, Robert and Verle Hazelton along with a host of other family and friends that we are sure were present to greet her with open arms.

Sandra is survived by her children: Sonya Trevino and her Husband Ricky, Karen Vasquez and her husband Gabriel, David Kelsey and his wife Sheila, and Kevin Swanner and his wife Paige; her grandchildren: Sharice Baxter, Marissa Benton, Ian McAlister, Duncan McAlister, Sean Kelsey, and Megan Swanner; and her great grandchildren: Arya Walker and Abra Brock.

A Celebration of Sandra's life will be on Saturday the 10th day of February, 2024 at 12:00 PM at
The Cathedral of Frisco Elevate Life Church at 8500 Teel Parkway, Frisco TX 75034

A reception will be on Saturday immediately following the service also at the Cathedral of Frisco Elevate Life Church.
