Sue was born February 28, 1945 to Wilbur and Louise Hershey and passed from this life on March 15, 2022. She graduated in 1963 from W.W. Samuel High School
She was married in 1966 to Bobby W. Herriage and eventually settled in Lancaster, Texas in 1984.

Sue graduated in 1966 from the Methodist Hospital School of Nursing to become a registered nurse. Her medical career went from patient care into the field of administrative duties. She became the first Medical Review Specialist for the Dallas Regional Office for Medicare review.

In 1984, Sue was awarded the Office of Inspector General Integrity Award. This award was given for the consistent dedication toward the control of Medicare Fraud and Abuse.

Sue loved being a homemaker and decorated her home for each season. She enjoyed working in the yard and planting flowers. She also enjoyed riding her horse, Little Bit, alongside her husband and their dog, Kasha.

Sue was an active member of the Brown Street Church of Christ in Waxahachie, TX. She enjoyed singing and working with several of the ministries which served others. She loved her Lord with all her heart and sought after Him through her daily obedience to His will.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Bob Herriage; her two sisters, Shirlee Cruse and Karen Hobby; and several nieces and nephews and their families.
