Thomas H. "Bill" Smith, Jr. was born October 21, 1925 in Ellis County, Texas to Thomas H. and Pauline Victoria (Jeanete) Smith. He passed from this life on February 28, 2017.
Bill retired from Dallas County Sheriff's Office in 1990.
Bill was preceded in death by wife Barbara (Fields) Smith.
He is survived by sons Billy Smith & wife Mary, Stephen Smith & wife Theresa; daughters Norma (Candi) Scarso & husband Pete, Rhonda Brown & husband Jody; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
