Toni LouAnn (Trojacek) Roden was born in Dallas, Texas on September 4th, 1978 to Raymond and Sandra (Gorman) Trojacek. She was promoted to her eternal home on May 7th, 2021 in Red Oak.

Growing up in Lancaster, she participated in practically every sport available. She excelled in basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Her senior year in high school, she was the captain of her basketball team. Her athletic prowess was only superseded by her intelligence, graduating Valedictorian of her high school class in 1997. She merged her love for sport and intellect as a student athletic trainer at Texas Christian University, graduating in 2002. She then put her skills and knowledge to work for the student athletes at North Crowley High School as an athletic trainer. Most recently, she has devoted her effort, time, and energy to raising and homeschooling her children.

She met and married Daniel Roden in 2008. Together, they have two children, Julia Raye age 10 and Jonah Kent age 3. They shared a love of all things outdoors, especially gardening and horticulture.

Toni loved Jesus and she, along with her husband, actively attended First Baptist Church of Ferris, Texas. Throughout her journey with her brain tumor, Toni exemplified faith in Christ. It was her desire through it all that God would be glorified and her hope in Christ would be observed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Trojacek; her niece, Kennedy Smith; her grandparents; her brother, Michael Trojacek; and her uncle, Danny Gorman.

Toni is survived by her husband, Daniel; her children, Julia and Jonah; her mother, Sandra Trojacek; her sisters, Stacy Prachyl and husband T.J., Kellye Smith and husband Brian; her brother, Royce Trojacek and wife Sheryn, her in-laws, Randy and Jaime Roden; her brother-in-law, Chatt Roden and wife Jennifer, her brother-in-law, Kirk Roden and wife Sabrina; and her sister-in-law, Caitlan Neely and husband Ben; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be at 10:00am on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 also at First Baptist Church, Ferris.
