Victor Naranjo Ortiz was born July 28, 1930 in Poteet, TX to Domingo and Teodora Ortiz and passed away on May 5, 2020 at his home in Lancaster, TX.

Victor was a talented and passionate soul. He greeted people with his knowledge of instruments and song, while also living his life as a man of God. His time as a Preacher served him well, taking every and all opportunity to spread the word of his lord and savior Jesus Christ. Loved by many, his devotion to his craft was admired by those close to his heart, and those he reached through his sermon. Victor Ortiz will truly be missed.

Victor is preceded in death by his loving wife, Guadalupe G. Ortiz; his father, Domingo Ortiz; and his mother, Teodora Naranjo.

He is also preceded in death by his children, Mary Hernandez, Joe Ortiz, Victor Ortiz Jr, Martha Sanchez, infant twin girls, and son, Victor Manual Ortiz.

Victor is survived by his children, Santacita C. Lee, Maria Garcia, Dolis Toumbs, Silverio Ortiz, and Lisa M. Ortiz.

He is also survived by his children, Gloria Silva, Pete Ortiz, Ricardo Ortiz, and Nancy Ortiz.

Victor's survivors also include 44 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren, and 34 great-great-grandchildren.
