Virginia Carol "Ginger" Casey was born November 14, 1943 in San Antonio, TX to Audrey William and Sylvia (Tucker) Taylor. She passed from this life on September 19, 2019 in Dallas, TX.
Virginia was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church of Farmers Branch before she started attending First United Methodist Church of Lancaster. She loved to read and also listen to books on tape. Virginia was an incredible cook and loved watching all of the cooking shows on TV.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Gerald Wayne Casey, Jr. Virginia is survived by her husband, Gerald Wayne Casey; her son, Robert Casey and wife Melody; her grandchildren, Jacob Casey and Justin Casey; her sister, Linda Hatfield; her brothers, Roger Taylor and Tommy Taylor; and many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday, September 23, 2019 at Byrum Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00am, Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel.
