Walter Vincent Freeman was born November 22, 1953 in Vernonia, Oregon to Donald Leon and Mary Lou (Runnels) Freeman and passed from this life on March 11, 2020 in Sunnyvale, TX.
Walter was a believer and baptized as a teenager. When he wasn't hard at work, Walter loved to be outside either hunting or fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Don Freeman, Jr.
Walter is survived by his ex-wife, Linda; his son, Justin Freeman and wife Kathy; his daughter, Mary Tunnell and husband Justin; his grandchildren, Jessie Freeman, Noah Tunnell, and Jay Ryan; his siblings, John Freeman and wife Penny, Tim Freeman, Rita Haas and husband J.R., and Doris Baugh.
Celebration of Walter's life will be at 2:00pm, Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel with visitation beginning at 12:30pm. Interment will follow at Edgewood Cemetery, Lancaster, TX.
