William Raymond "Burr" Fridge was born January 23, 1948 in Dallas, TX and passed from this life on February 23, 2024 in Richardson, TX.
Burr was raised in Lancaster and graduated from Lancaster High School in 1966. He then worked in the automobile business for over 40 years. He married Lana Fridge on May 1, 2014. Burr had many loves that included fishing with his brother, Tod and his cousin, Rex Head. He also loved football and going to Cowboy games with Tod. More than these, Burr loved his family. One of his greatest joys was taking his grandchildren to school and picking them up each day!
He was preceded in death by his loving parents, William Dale Fridge and Carleta Buxton Fridge.
Burr is survived by his wife, Lana Elaine Fridge; his daughter, Jennifer Gayle Fridge; his grandchildren, Noah William and Katherine Elisabeth Peters; his brother, Charles Littleton "Tod" Fridge II and his wife, Lana Sue Fridge.
Family will receive friends from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel with a celebration of Burr's life immediately following visitation at 12:00pm.
