Winnie Lou Branam was born June 25, 1942 in Rockwall, TX to Edith and Jo Wilkerson. She departed to Heaven on July 5, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Winnie grew up with two sisters and three brothers. She met the love of her life, Bill Branam, and married him on December 21, 1957. They had three children: Billy, Lajuana, and Tammy.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bill and her son, Billy.

Winnie is survived by her daughter, Lajuana and husband, Mark; her daughter, Tammy and husband, Charles; her daughter-in-law, Donna; 8 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Byrum Funeral Home. A celebration of Winnie's life will be at 10:00am on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 in Byrum Funeral Home Chapel.
